Return Policy

If you have bought something at Expressbeautyonline.com and are not satisfied with the product, you can easily return the package with the help of “Returns Policy” within a stipulated time without any hassle. Please read the instructions below carefully.

General Policy

·       All packages should be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

·       The package should be returned in its original state, that is, in its original condition, the same packaging, all paper tags, paperwork received, instruction manuals and boxes. These items should not have been used, tried on or damaged.

·       To raise a return request, the customer needs to fill a return request form mentioning the reason of return. You can easily find this form in the customer service section of the website. Fill the form and sent it back. Post verification, the company would provide you with the return request number in 1 – 2 business days.

·       Customers need to bear the additional costs involved with the package returning.

·       In case of any damaged goods, the package would be returned back to the customer with the additional shipping charges.

·       If the initial product was received without shipping charges, the original shipping charges would be deducted from the Refund. The shipping fee will be refunded only if the products were received incorrectly or damaged, else will be deducted from the refund.

·       The customer is requested to used a traceable delivery method to return the merchandize as without the proof of delivery, the company would be not be able to accept the package.

·       The refund would be credited once the verification of the returned package is completed and would be refunded back to the same card it was originally charged.

·       If you are an international customer, the product must be returned within 20 days from the day of delivery. The customer is required to pay the postage and handling charges.

Declined Package / Undeliverable as Addressed (Return to Sender)

·       If you need your items to be reshipped, there would be an extra cost of shipping involved.

·       In the case you are not willing to pay or unable to pay the shipping charges, the package would be considered as regular return. 10% restocking fee would be applied and the shipping charges are non-refundable.

Disqualified Items for return

·       Any sale item or promotional item, special order items.

·       Fashion Jewellery and Cosmetics are considered as final sale.

·       Used, damaged, tested products, missing receipts or labels and any missing package material.
